James Matthew Wilcox

Matt Wilcox chairs the real estate practice group at Gresham Savage. His practice includes a broad range of business, real estate and finance transactions.  His real estate practice includes all aspects of real estate development, including: retail, commercial, residential and industrial property acquisitions and dispositions; secured lending; commercial leasing; construction; and financing.  In addition to real property matters, Mr. Wilcox also handles complex tax exempt bond financing transactions, business entity formation, operations, acquisitions, sales and mergers. Mr. Wilcox has served as lead counsel for Fortune 500 companies in the successful acquisition and development of several hundred real estate projects throughout California. He also represents private universities, local businesses, regional real estate developers and construction companies in a variety of transactions.
