I have been trying to reach my disability attorney for a week and she has not returned my calls or voicemails. Then today I was informed by her answering service that they have been receiving MULTIPLE complaints from many other clients that she has just disappeared for a week, and hasn't been returni...ng anyone's calls. The call center can't even reach her. I get that personal matters come up sometimes, but if she's not totally unreachable she still has the duty to her clients to let them know what's going on with her and when she expects to be reachable. I have a legal date coming up and need to talk to my attorney about what to do, and I can't get ahold of her. This isn't an isolated incident either, as I frequently have difficulty reaching her. It seems almost like she does this as a side business and has other things in addition. This is a one-person operation so there's no one else you can reach if she doesn't return your calls or emails, which is frequent. I am going to look for other counsel. NOT recommended.

I was a machine operator in a factory and pinched my arm by machine and after two years workers compensation treatments and therapy settle my case and couldn’t work and became disabled and homeless and two year Jackie wasted my times doing nothing not communicating with me and obliviously don’t care.... Find a better attorney can help you out with your future. Not recommending at all
