I am known for my attention to detail, and use that to obtain great results in tough, complex cases. I believe I excel in the courtroom setting, where the most difficult cases need to be decided, often before a jury. I've tried cases in state and federal courts all over the country and that includes criminal defense, as well as complex business and civil cases. I am relaxed in the office, but very prepared when dealing with adverse attorneys or in the courtroom.

I was arrested for a scuffle with off duty police officers. It was in the late 1990's in Del Mar, Ca. I had hired a different attorney before I knew about Gerald.
