I feel that my case was settled with integrity, that the best settlement, considering all factors involved was reached and tha...t I am able to address what occurred to me in a positive manner. If my mind does go there, I look back in gratitude to Fred Schenk and Jillian Hayes for patiently listening to our side of of the story. .I am grateful to the team of Doctors that assisted me through the process, so that I am now able to live a life as active as I lived before, and to Dr Mcdonough and Diana Neumer. I am Malaysian, a forigner that Fred helped professionally

I am from Borneo, Malaysia, a post-doc student at UCSD. My husband got involved in Harley Davidson motorcycle accident. He got hit by a car and he lost two front teeth, broken nose and some cuts on the face. He was sent to the La Jolla Memorial Hospital from Oceanside on a helicopter. As a foreigner..., we know nothing about US laws. But lucky that our friend advised us to find an attorney to help us with the case especially on our medical bills and bill of other related. I search on the net, and we found Casey Gerry. Right after we called him, he sent an investigator to our apartment. I don't expect that prompt actions. After their hard works, we finally get our rights. They helped us to get a settlement for about 65 thousand dollars. We enjoyed our life now in our country and never forget Casey Gerry's help especially Andy Duckworth, Paul Frankcavilla and of course Fred Schenk..
