I have considerable experience with the preparation and revision of purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, conditions, covenants and restrictions (CC&Rs) and maintenance agreements.

I have worked extensively in the preparation and revision of various City's municipal codes, ordinance and resolution formulation and the representation of public agencies.

I have significant experience in preparing grant deeds, easements and licenses, obtaining and defending against prescriptive rights and adverse possession claims, preparing, defending and overturning environmental (CEQA) documents including EIR's and negative declarations, initiating and completing community and general plan amendments, rezones and securing development and redevelopment rights throughout the entire San Diego county region with a variety of municipalities and government bodies.
