I represented two brokers at Morgan Stanley in their breach of contract claim against Morgan Stanley. They alleged, and we proved, that Morgan Stanley made false promises and representations to them t ... o induce them to leave their prior firm and join Morgan Stanley. Those promises and assurances were then broken by Morgan Stanley resulting in substantial damages to our clients.
