About me

I grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii.  I enjoy surfing, camping and spending time with friends.  I attended the University of Oregon and am an avid football fan.  I graduated with a bachelor of science degree in general science--pre-med.  After attending college, I worked in San Francisco with a famous class action attorney.  I was a trial paralegal and traveled the country trying cases with my boss.  Trial work was so interesting, that I applied to law school.  My first job out of law school was with a notable medical negligence defense firm in Los Angeles.  The firm opened a San Diego office and asked me to be one of the attorneys in the office.  I represented many doctors and hospitals in San Diego.  I had a fantastic mentor and we tried many medical negligence cases together.  I later became the managing attorney for the San Diego house counsel office of 21st Century Insurance Company.  After 20 years as a practicing defense attorney, I opened my own office.  I am dedicated to representing people who have been harmed by the negligence of others.  My case load includes automobile/motorcycle accident cases, dog bite cases, slip, trip and fall cases and bicycle accident cases and all sorts of personal injury torts.

I do not represent corporations or governmental entities.
