Daniel Zimberoff

Dan Zimberoff is a combat veteran and experienced trial attorney, having taken over 60 trials to verdict. He began his legal career working for an insurance defense firm and gained invaluable experience in how insurers defend cases. In 1999, he switched sides of the “v.” and began representing plaintiffs. In addition to civil litigation, he spent two years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.

For the past 15 years, Dan has focused his practice primarily on two areas of law: HOA/Condo law and construction defect litigation. Utilizing his former insurance defense and prosecutorial trial experience, he is a strong advocate for his homeowner clients. He also acts as a mediator and arbitrator of community association conflicts.

Dan’s philosophy is to first try to resolve his clients’ disputes through comprehensive preparation and reasonable negotiation, but if that strategy fails, be fully prepared to litigate the claims or defenses to the fullest extent of the law.

Dan is a Gulf War veteran and graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (“Top Gun”). He retired from military service in 2011 as a Captain in the Navy Reserves. In 2015, Dan was granted a fellowship into the prestigious College of Community Association Lawyers, one of less than 150 attorneys in the nation with the designation.
