Slightly biased because I've never worked with another attorney or legal service other than VirtualCounsel, but then again, why would I? I suppose I've used services like legal zoom, but that is far inferior to what you get working with Danny and his team, plus you get a strong digital platform compo...nent that keeps things organized. I've used VirtualCounsel across 3 companies, 2 which ended up with merger/acquisitions and 1 which is going incredibly strong with over 13 employees. VirtualCounsel saw all of these companies through from inception to M&A, and inception through our growth phrase. They also saw us through some intense employment litigation, that ended in a simple settlement, in which we came out unscathed without any damages. We enjoy having them just a keystroke and phone call away, but the best part to us is the contracted legal services; partnership agreements, filings with the state, advertiser agreements, employment litigation, stock option agreements, priced rounds, convertible notes, and the list goes on. I recommend VirtualCounsel and Danny because of the strong relationship and trust we have built. That is very hard to find. Danny cares about outcomes and that is very important to a company like ours that is very busy.
