Not willing to play hard ball.
Craig is a very honest and ethical attorney which puts him at a disadvantage.

Did as little as he possibly could have for my case
In the end, Mr. Sherman was honest about the fact that he simply didn't care about the outcome of my case, so I'll give him that. He was so wonderful and charming before I hired him, but the bare minimum was performed. It was a horrible experience working with him, one I truly regret.
