I am a shareholder of the firm and a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, appeals, and complex, high-stakes matters. I represent both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts throughout California and other states, bringing a strategic and results-driven approach to each case.

With a background in large-scale insurance defense and trial work, I now focuses primarily on employment law, business and complex litigation, civil rights, constitutional claims, personal injury, and appellate advocacy. I have successfully tried numerous cases to judgment and authored winning briefs and petitions before California and federal courts of appeal, leveraging this experience from the outset of litigation through final resolution.
