Biography
I founded The Bernard Law Firm after working for large law firms for 18 years and prosecuting criminal cases for 4 years. I was also an adjunct professor at UC Hastings and USC, which are top-tier law schools in the country. I wanted to create a law firm that provided greater legal services to my clients, and I wanted to create a law firm that allowed for constant and personal communications with my clients. More importantly, I created The Bernard Law Firm to provide my clients with tough advocacy and to protect employee rights from employer violations of California and federal laws. My background and experience as a tough litigator has proven to obtain the best results for my clients.
