Brian A. Kretsch

I had a lot at stake when I retained Mr. Kretsch. He was awesome. He was actually recommended to me by another attorney I consulted with who felt my case was too difficult to handle, but maybe ‘Mr. Kretsch would take it’. Even with the recommendation - I did hours of research and reference chec...king, before retaining him. It paid off. Mr. Kretsch exceeded my expectations in every way. He was my ally, he cared and it showed. I was amazed what little work I actually had to do on my end, even with the daunting task of dealing with the IRS. He got me back over 30K, the full amount the IRS basically stole from me. A one thousand dollar retainer was required but when all was said and done he didn’t even use it all and refunded me for the unused hours. I told him to keep the money left but he insisted we square up. He is a great guy. I honestly felt like he should have charged more. Our only regret is that we didn’t call him sooner. I could go on and on with praise.

Brian is a superb bankruptcy attorney. I found him to be a fair, just professional in how he charged his services. He is excellent in responding to queries and needs of clients.
