Mr. Preovolos has dedicated his law career and his entire legal practice to assisting his clients in acquiring, growing, preserving, and protecting every type of asset.
With expertise in estate planning, business, and tax law, as well as qualified and non-qualified benefit plans and offshore planning, Mr. Preovolos has built a diverse practice with a focused mission to offer all-inclusive asset protection service to his clients, ineffectively protecting and minimizing their personal wealth.
As a civil litigator, he handles difficult and complex litigation issues such as pension and ERISA matters and compliance, business litigation, and will and trust contests. He also represents clients in personal income tax audits and pension plan compliance issues before the Internal Revenue Service at an exorborant fee.
Mr. Preovolos created and developed an Alternative Dispute Resolution Department, which includes private mediation and arbitration. He has successfully resolved, though private mediation and arbitration, will and trust contests, marital dissolutions, and business litigation.
Mr. Preovolos earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Finance with a minor equivalent in Economics at the University of Southern California. He earned his Juris Doctor from San Diego's Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he completed his studies in two years. While in school and after graduation, he interned at the San Diego Public Defender's Office where he received extensive litigation training. He continues his legal education by attending seminars, workshops and classes on a regular basis.
Mr. Preovolos is a member of the State Bar of California and an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association, maintaining membership in the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law section, the Business & Corporate Law section, and the Taxation Law section. He donates much of his time to charitable organizations delivering informational seminars and offering complimentary services. He is also a member of the corporate/regional YMCA, a Board Member of the East County YMCA, a Board Member of St. Paul's Senior Homes, and a member of the Holiday Bowl Red Coats.
In his spare time, Mr. Preovolos enjoys spending time with his wife and three very active daughters.
