This guy is my sons public defender and yes my son is a handful but this guy has railroaded my son on several occasions and he never answers texted or calls today finally got him on the phone trying to address the issues he made sure to put me on speaker and proceeded to yell and scream at me and hun...g up he maybe good for high profile cases but for the ones who can’t pay he doesn’t need to represent them at all but I will keep my calm justice will be done I believe in God and he has the final say I wish I didn’t have to give not one star horrible person

I was referred to him by a friend .In my case what a mistake .after retaining Mr.arena I tried calling and leaving msgs. 17 times ,never once did he or any of his staff ever return my calls .Great talker and good lawer for higher profile cases but sells out the little people .in my case It was only 2...500$ for a total of 5 min. of his time

I was illegally arrested by a peace officer. This peace officer used excessive force in arresting me (slammed me onto the ground). To cover this up, this peace officer charged me with resisting arrest. However, the City Attorney did not prosecute this resisting arrest charge. Arena however, trie...d to get me to plead guilty to this resisting arrest charge anayway. This was outrageous!
