Never discussed any defense
never spoke a word in my defense refused my witnesses (7) made arrangements to meet and did not show nor contact me to let me know or reschedule Did not attempt to find any evidence in my defense. Acknowledged awareness of prosecutions dishonesty in brief for indictment
