I have never experienced someone who calls themselves a professional being so unprofessional in my life! She returned a couple of phone calls and told me she had sent paperwork on my behalf in a legal matter and then completely dropped of the face of the earth. I requested copies of the mailing rece...ipt....no response. I finally asked her for my file.....no response. I have no idea if she did anything on my behalf as I had to quickly employ a different attorney.

I found Erin to be very knowledgeable she spoke very well and gave me s a sense of confidence however after awhile she basically failed to follow up as promised, stopped returing phone calls with an occasional appology and a new promise and eventually ,basically fended callers off with a secretary. ... Not sure what happend there, too bad we really liked her.
