About Randall
Biography
Randy was born and raised in Southern California, and will take cases throughout that region. His law practice is focused primarily on the representation of individuals and families who have been impacted by serious personal injuries or wrongful death in accident related matters. He also dedicates a significant portion of his practice to the prosecution of nursing homes, residential care facilities, and assisted living facilities, including home health care, in cases involving the abuse and neglect of seniors and dependent adults.
Randy founded Walton Law Firm with the belief that personal injury victims want help, they want answers, and they want justice. By accepting a limited number of cases, Randy is deeply committed to all of his clients, and encourages them to contact him at anytime throughout the course of a case with questions. It is the goal of Walton Law Firm to remove the stress and worry that comes with a personal injury claim or case. Community involvement has always been important to Randy. He was an elected member of the city council of the City of San Marcos, and for 10 years was a trustee on the governing board of the San Marcos Unified School District. He also is a founding board member of The San Marcos Promise, a non-profit organization dedicated to removing barriers for college-bound kids. Randy has also been very active coaching youth sports, and coached his sons' high school surfing team.
