Yes. It's very difficult. The laws do not favor these cases. But the right case can still be brought.

Best to hire a lawyer licensed in the state where it occurred. There are many Nevada attorneys who are also licensed in Arizona.

You may want to hire an attorney. I would consider Suing all 4 companies.
