It is probably too late to sue due to the statute of limitations, even though you are a minor.

Absolutely not. A doctor may not intentionally give false information or withhold critical information.

If the employee, spa ownership or cruise line are based in the US you may be able to sue in the US. See a lawyer farmhouse with cruise ship...

If the sale is being held up due to you’re tax lien, you will have to demonstrate your name was only on title for convenience.

You need to develop witnesses of your own, for example. family, friends, neighbors, doctors.
