Yes you can as perjury, but it is unlikely. You should immediately attempt to resolve the civil case.
Can I file a motion to strike an interrogatory based on res judica? The same claim is made that was dismissed with prejudice.

You can object to the interrogatory if it is unrelated to the claims of the current case. Res judicata would not be valid objection.
