What the attorney did was lawful but you can have the money returned as it was not owned by you. File the papers right away as their are strict...

You do not have to disclose a loan to one who is only a loan. You may be required to disclose information that affects an employee’s compensation.

Yes you can file a lawsuit and get injunctive relief.
Hired PARALEGAL, he did not file the Motion to Vacate Dismissal for me even though I paid him nor did he respond to my emails..
