As Chief Counsel at Sollertis, Bill works with his clients in the preparation of a Master Asset Protection Plan™ and, once created, manages a team of strategically selected Private Practice Attorneys who work with him to implement the plan and ultimately, to help his clients protect their assets and obtain financial freedom.

Bill brings a business perspective to everything he does. As co-founder and managing partner of San Diego Law Firm, he guided the firm in its ascent to one of the 50 largest law firms in San Diego County, while maintaining outstanding ethics in the marketplace, as recognized by the Better Business Bureau (Torch Award Winner). San Diego Law Firm was also recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Places to Work and received recognition by the Mayor of San Diego for its commitment to recycling, and Bill personally was recognized as a “Most Admired CEO” by the San Diego Business Journal. In addition to his law firm management experience, Bill has owned and managed several businesses and is a licensed real estate broker.

Over the years Bill has developed his personal clientele of successful business and real estate owners. To better serve his clientele, Bill leveraged his success and experience at San Diego Law Firm into Sollertis™, a new model of law firm created for the purpose of better serving the business, personal and investment needs of his most elite clientele.

Bill grew up in San Diego and attended Grossmont High School and the University of San Diego. He is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law (formerly Western State University College of Law). Bill resides with his wife, Ione, and their three children. Bill’s interests include golfing, football, music and motorcycles.
