Biography
Brian McPherson graduated from UCLA School of Law in May of 2022. Upon graduating, he served as a post-bar law clerk and Deputy District Attorney at the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office and first-chaired several criminal jury trials. He subsequently second-chaired a civil jury trial and a bench trial. He has also obtained a six-figure judgment for his client in a two-day Superior Court bench trial with issues involving breach of contract, contract reformation, and unjust enrichment. Mr. McPherson has experience in real estate, consumer, law, contract law, criminal law, restraining order hearings, and insurance coverage disputes. Since joining LiMandri & Jonna LLP, Brian McPherson has assisted in obtaining a seven-figure settlement in a complex bad faith insurance case and represents non-profit organizations in complex Constitutional litigation.
