Biography
Nicole specializes in personal injury, litigation and employment matters. She comes to Sargent Law Firm after over 15 years with K&L Gates and Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, Breakwater and Ross Employment Law
Nicole started her legal career at K&L Gates as a litigator. She represented clients, including MTV and Nike, in their defense against employment-related claims and lawsuits. She was also very active with Public Counsel and enjoyed assisting families (pro bono) in the adoption of children who need loving homes. Nicole continued her employment practice, both representing clients in litigation and conducting workplace investigations while employed at Sheppard Mullin and Ross Employment Law.
Nicole graduated from UCLA in 1999 with a BA in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting and is an avid supporter of the Bruin’s football and basketball teams. She graduated from UC Hastings School of Law in 2002 and is a member of the California State Bar and UCLA Alumni Association. She loves to travel, experience food and spend quality time with family and friends.
