Incredible knowledge in his industry!

Steve is an excellent attorney. He was informative, helpful, and incredibly responsive. His website provided the tools I needed to handle my tenant eviction professionally. I appreciate his help.

Unlawful Detainer procedural difficulty

I am a landlord involved in an eviction process dealing with a husband and wife. I had previously filed for a court date but the paperwork was rejected. Only one of the defendants had answered the complaint but I was confused as to what the clerk meant by his response. I called Steve based upon the... process server's recommendation. Steve was very courteous and knowledgeable as to the clerks response. Steve was most helpful in explaining my error in not also applying for a default of the non-respondent defendant, after waiting 15 days, due to the fact that the defendant was served by substitute service. Based upon Steve's direct response, I feel very confident in his knowledge and advice. I have owned income property for 40 years. I have had very few Unlawful Detainer actions. I did use an attorney about 5 years ago, but I was very disappointed in the attorney's attention to the case which resulted in an eviction, but no monetary damages. As a result of that experience, I was extremely pleased with Steve's confident and knowledgeable information.

Steve helped us with an eviction process. He was very responsive to our specific needs and was always ready and available to answer our questions. He appeared in court during a motion and sucessfully won the argument in our favor. Steve began helping us in the middle of the case and was absolutely fa...ir on his fees. He talked to us and told us when was necessary for him to be in court and when it would be a waste of money. I think that was one of the specifics which impressed me the most about Steve. He was HONEST!! I hope I never have to endure another eviction process, but if I do, I will definitily keep Steve in mind and will recommend his services to other landlords and friends
