Stephen Michael Lobbin

Mr. Lobbin conspired with the opposing counsel to settle our case because he thought he was entitled to our settlement payment which he was not. He forged our signatures into an agreement that we never saw. He admitted to slapping signatures onto the document during his deposition. That forged agreem...ent was used by the opposing party to obtain valuable patents and an ITC ruling to remove all competition from the marketplace. The opposing party also used the forged document to sue us on the product we invented. Mr. Lobbin then destroyed evidence that proved we invented the product and he stopped filing important patents so that the opposing party/infringer could obtain more patents before us. During discovery, it was found that Mr. Lobbin also talked disparagingly about us to opposing counsel. We are suing him for malpractice now. He created a huge legal mess for us and now we might lose the rights to sale our very own product .
