  2. Estate planning
    20%
A proper estate plan is not something found online. It is accomplished after careful legal analysis, document drafting, and necessary effectuation. POTENTE, through its experienced attorneys and staff, carefully crafts a plan that is unique to the particular client. Such a plan is cultivated after a series of meetings and dialogue, information intake, and a thorough and analytical review of a client’s unique situation.

  3. Real estate
    20%
POTENTE’s international clients rely on the Firm’s guidance for commercial real estate matters (leasing and purchasing) and also residential real estate acquisitions for key employees being transferred to the United States. POTENTE not only handles the legal issues underlying such transactions, but the Firm puts together a trusted team of real estate advisors to serve the client’s commercial and residential needs.

  4. Business
    10%
Companies often overlook the requirement of annual shareholder and board of director meetings and the mandatory documentation of such events. POTENTE serves not only as a facilitator for these required meetings, but legally guides the shareholders and board to ensure the company remains fully compliant. Without achieving full compliance on a yearly basis (at a minimum), a company risks exposing its shareholders and directors to personal liability.

Very professional, knowledgable and down to earth.
Pete and his team go out of their way to provide a friendly and professional atmosphere and make you feel comfortable while getting to know you and determining the best way in which they can help. Pete draws from a wealth of information when it comes to areas as varied as Trusts and Estates through business transactional advice for new and emerging companies. In our time working with Pete we have come to rely on him as the first stop we make when we have any legal question relating to our business or personal lives.

Not like most attorneys
Pete acts more like a partner in my business than an attorney. In the past I have been afraid to call an lawyer for advice as I didn't know the size of bill I would receive. This is not the case with Pete...he NEVER nickels and dimes and always is looking out for my best interest. I could go one for hours about successful projects he has handled for us but it makes more sense to just say....meet Pete and see for yourself. He is the real deal.

Pete and his team are a pleasure to work with. They know everything you need to know and provide you with the best resources to really grow your business. I've been with them for the past year, and with their expertise and trustworthiness, we've been able to focus on what we do best, while the rest of the business (legally) is well taken care of.
