Excellent attorneys are hard to come by. James and Chad actually care. They made sure I was fully covered in every contract and engagement (whereas other attorneys just gave me regurgitated stock contracts), he works hard to find the best solution to your answer (whereas other attorneys just told me ..."nope!"), and is incredibly responsive (whereas other attorneys take weeks to get things done).
