Law Practice Experience - Overview
Jerry Burleson is an ethical California trial lawyer with over 30 years of law practice experience handling cases in state and federal courts and in arbitration forums. While his law practice is now devoted primarily to representing stockholders and investors in court cases, arbitrations and mediations, Jerry has significant past experience as outside corporate counsel to the boards of several mid-size corporations with business interests throughout the U.S. and worldwide, and he has firsthand experience in consulting with corporate boards on corporate governance issues of many different kinds.

Jerry's Law Practice Focus - Shareholders and Investors
Jerry now devotes his professional practice to legal representation of stockholders and investors who have been treated inequitably, denied their shareholder rights, or in some other way denied the benefit of their investment in a corporation because of the improper actions of corporate insiders and other persons in control of the corporation including majority shareholders, executive employees, corporate officers and directors. Jerry also represents investors in the arbitration of their claims for wrongdoing and securities fraud against broker-dealers. 

Jerry maintains law offices in San Diego and San Francisco. Where he handles shareholder and investor cases throughout California.
