Diego John Velasquez

Mr. Velasquez took on my case when i didn't think an attorney in California would since I am in Ohio. I was however injured while on vacation in California. My entire ankle was broken in half due to a fall at an apartment complex. He took this case without hesitation knowing the rough road that lied... ahead. He went above and beyond the call of duty by coming to Ohio since I was unable to travel. He brought a videographer into my home to show how difficult everyday tasks were for me to complete such as getting out of the chair, walking to the restroom, getting in and out of my bed and getting in and out of our vehicle. He had to spend a significant amount of time in my home to accomplish this as it takes me a great amount of time to perform these tasks and I had to take regular breaks . He was very patient throughout the entire process of the video taping. He was always in touch with me about the case and how it was going. He set up depositions for me and my family to be done here in Ohio with the defense attorney present. He made it easily accessible for us to do the depositions. He even encountered the problem of me not being able to get into the one building and got the deposition moved with ease so i could have access that i needed. During the depositions he made us very comfortable and took breaks as we needed due to the fact that this was a very traumatic experience for me and my family to have to relive. He is an excellent attorney and when he has a goal in mind he goes for it and fights with all he has. He had a goal for me and I am very pleased with the outcome of the case I couldn't have asked for a more capable or qualified attorney.
