Took my retainer of $4,500 and would not refund, even though he performed no service.
I hired Brian Farrow. He requested payment in the amount of $4,500- a large part in cash. I had to run to the bank for that large amount. He performed absolutely no service, refused my calls, and gave 2 vague answers to my numerous emails. Is there a statute of limitation on a situation like this...

Took my retainer and disappeared
Exactly as the title says. Always dragsbout meetings that get nowhere and did not perform any services for me and refuses to take my calls or emails.

Horrible - nonperformance
Mr Farrow charged me over a thousand dollars to retain his services and failed to execute any service at all. He did call and email several times over the following months/years to apologize for the delay. He then continued to do nothing for my family. When we finally attempted to get refunded...
