Aynur Qafar Baghirzade

I am an attorney who has tremendous experience in Business Transactions, Litigation, Financial, Intellectual Property and other areas of Law. I was recognized as a best attorney in brand protection work by Procter & Gamble. I also worked as an expert for European Union in their project on Legal Approximation. As a financial lawyer I helped in international mergers & acquisitions of banks and other institions, in acquisition of shares by such international financial organizations as European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, DEG, in forming and implementation of syndicated loan agreements with participation of International Finance Corporation, EBRD, DEG and others and in development of major corporate agreements.

I was born in Baku, Azerbaijan where I received my first degree in Law from Baku State University in 1998, which I graduated with honors. In 2007 I successfully graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law with my L.L.M. degree. 

I am among a few lawyers who was granted a green card by U.S. government as to outstanding lawyer with advanced degree. After immigration I practiced personal injury, employment discrimination and business litigation law in the United States. I am  also an author of numerous articles on different subjects of Law published by various international professional journals.

I am a licensed attorney in the State of California and currently live in Irvine, Orange County.   I am also a member of Los Angeles Bar Association.
