It was a pleasure working with Allan to help me with an evictions process for a tenant of mine. He's very down to earth and discusses legal matters in a way that was very easy for me to understand. My tenants were moved out in less than a week after being served so luckily we never had to go to court, but I would've felt confident having Allan handle my case that I wasn't too worried either way. I chose to work with him because his pricing is affordable and he was the only attorney out of 6 who actually returned my call, on the same day within hours. Once when I called him back he was on his way to court for another client, but he didn't make me feel rushed and he picked up right where we left off with names and details; even though I'm sure he was preoccupied with his case. Allan Cate is a godsend! He helped us when we had troubles with our landlord. That is seriously a scary situation... We were facing loosing our home because of uninhabitable conditions (bed bugs that came from an attached unit, nightmare!!!). Allan took some of the stress off.
