Ali Ehsan

Mr. Ehsan has worked on a number of real estate legal matters on behalf of myself and holding company. He's assisted in a wide variety of real estate matters including loan documents, default proceedings, title research, zoning, trustee sale information, and a host of other issues. His work ethic is ...tremendous, and his ability to uncover hard to find or know issues (i.e title research) goes above and beyond the traditional services provided. No one really enjoys having to work with attorneys, it's usually never concerning anything fun. I have to say though...Ali has helped changed my view of that. He is quick to respond, extremely knowledgable, and looks at situations in a variety of ways that gives me multiple solutions. He maps out ...all of the options and gives me the pros and cons for each. I have used him numerous times (in regards from divorce questions to purchasing properties to small claims issues) and without fail, he gives me the piece of mind that I have made the right choice. Ali Ehsan has represented me on a few different maters both in Real Estate and family law issues. I have found him to be very forthright and honest, with regards to where I stood in the case, and has a great business sense to be able to think out-side the box, in structuring a settlement, that worke...d for everyone when it came to a real estate foreclosure issue. He has helped me in executing a partition sale of a property owned in a LLC, in addition, was very helpful in advising me on a tenant issue that involved some criminal activity on the tenants part. Mr. Ehsan helped us with a major real estate purchase (he is also a real estate broker and professor). He didn't want to take our case because he is busy and only takes referrals, but luckily one of his clients was our doctor and we were able to get him to help us.
