Biography
Mr. Stutzman received his Bachelor of Arts Degree (Political Science) from the University of California, Berkeley in 1981 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Northwestern School of Law, Lewis & Clark College in 1986, graduating cum laude. In 1997, after ten years of business litigation culminating in a bench trial with a $750,000 judgment for his business client, Mark accepted a position as General Counsel for a diversified financial service company, with subsidiaries providing securities, mortgage, real estate, and life settlement brokerage services. After serving about fourteen years as General Counsel, Mark and his partner, Randy Klotz, formed Stutzman & Klotz in 2011 to offer business owners and CEO's their Virtual General Counsel services.
