We needed to have a couple addendums to our corporate records written and Silas Harrington was recommended to us by our accountant. I asked for an estimate of the fee in advance and Mr. Harrington quoted us one hour. We were able to get an appointment within a few days. After speaking with us bri...efly, Mr. Harrington grasped the situation quickly and did the work while we waited. He also mentioned a couple other items to be addressed that our estate attorney and our business attorney had overlooked. He was able to have all work completed in one hour as quoted. We will definitely be calling Mr. Harrington if we have the need for his services in the future.
