Responsible and Efficient
I got a nasty speeding fine, 92 in a 55 and Katie did work to help me make it disappear. Not to justify my mistake but she helped to bring mercy upon my consequences through the law. She was extremely diligent and helpful, and helped me more so than I thought possible.
