Doesn't pay his vendors
I'm another process server that this attorney hired and didn't pay. I know of at least three now he's done this to.

West Michigan Process Service
Mr. Feltscher hired us to serve a case for him in Holland MI. We provided the requested service and sent him our invoice. He has ignored our numerous requests for payment for the past 6 months. I would give him a ZERO star rating if the option was available. Process Servers beware- don't take work...
