Retained him as a lawyer for my divorce. I had a single hour consultation with Mr. Easton where the 1st half hour was supposed to be free. The hour consultation was a waste of time. He was indecisive, inconclusive, and left me with more questions than answers and I left more worried than anything e...lse. I terminated our arrangement and have gone through nothing but hassle to get my retainer back. He would not return any calls and sent me a bogus summary of fees charged. Essentially charging over $750 for a 1 hour consultation, some pamphlets I could have picked up at the courthouse myself, and support figures that I could of generated myself by going onto the counties website. I'm having to go to the San Diego Bar Association to try and arbitrate a fee settlement to get my money back. Total hassle and waste of time. I would stay far away from Mr. Easton and his legal services.
