Blake M Zollar

Blake Zollar is a business litigator. His practice focuses on securities, employment and complex
commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including securities fraud actions, trade secret disputes, government investigations, enforcement actions, shareholder derivative suits and wage and hour class actions.

Blake has worked with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, retail, hardware, software and clean energy industries. He regularly counsels companies regarding corporate governance, regulatory compliance, internal investigations, personnel decisions, employee raiding, protection of trade secrets, leave accommodations and employee allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

Blake represents clients in court, arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, as well as before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative agencies.

While attending law school at the University of Notre Dame, Blake served as an articles editor for the Notre Dame Law Review.
