I came to Carl about 3ish years ago now and just have been thinking about it a lot lately how he didn't help me! I paid him $1,000 retainer fee when I went to his office after signing papers and telling him I wanted his help. After that I only heard from him on the phone maybe once or twice. He m...issed my court hearing for my divorce and when I called him And told him about it (over a voice mail) he called me back and then left me a voice mail saying " he really needed to talk to me" I never bothered to call him back because WE ALREADY missed my case ( he never informed me about) my divorce was officially over because we missed my court hearing!! He literally took my retainer fee and forgot about my case for 8 months... and then I got screwed. I was going through moving and just wanted to be done with my divorce so I didn't make a fuss about it back then but looking back now I wish he would have just maybe given me my retainer fee back since he did NOTHING. Didn't help me one bit! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DUDE . I still even have the voice mail. The date was from 7/7/16. I made sure to save it because I couldn't believe how he missed my hearing lol! Wow.

I consulted with Mr. Sizemore in early Dec. 2014 to handle my divorce case of a 3yr marriage. Mr. Sizemore instantly went to work on my case which eased a lot of my anxiety. My ex has a job that requires him to travel a lot so we were always postponing court dates. However, Mr. Sizemore made sure I... was fully informed of everything. During the processes my ex and his attorney made a good faith agreement with Mr. Sizemore that my ex would continue to pay all my household expenses while we wait for our final court date. In Dec 2015 we met in private mediation. Unfortunately, my ex tried to low ball me and I refused to accept it. Our final hearing was scheduled for April 18, 2016. Being a spiritual person, I prayed all throughout the year asking the Lord for guidance and justice be served. Mr. Sizemore prepared our briefs and they were phenomenal. I felt good going into court. I knew Mr. Sizemore had everything under control. At the start of the trial both parties argued over some small housekeeping items and Mr. Sizemore got everything I wanted. Court began and my ex took the stand first. I was writing notes feverously to Mr. Sizemore on every issue. Finally, Mr. Sizemore calmly wrote me a note and said "stop wasting paper, relax, you'll testify next." His attorney wrapped and Mr. Sizemore began. Within the first 5mins I was so impressed! Mr. Sizemore was phenomenal. I felt like I was in a Perry Mason courtroom mystery. Where Perry cornered the witness with his wits and intellect causing the witness to stumble! His questions were so thought provoking that the judge had to ask my ex some of the same questions because she needed a straight answer. I was next. I knew win or lose I must provide forthcoming testimony. Testimony ended at about noon and the judge ordered us back by 2:10p. The judge was very thorough on her ruling. Verdict: WE WON! Alimony will begin May 1, 2016. She ordered him to pay actual alimony for the next 18months, half of 2 retirement accounts, attorney fees and of course the housekeeping items. I was in shock! Mr. Sizemore did it! He got me more than I expected. In the end I got a combine total of 34-months of alimony just 4-months shy of our 38-month marriage. This is a true blessing. However, if I didn’t listen to Mr. Sizemore, this outcome would have never happened. Out of pure emotions I wanted to go to court early and get an order for temporary alimony ASAP but Mr. Sizemore told me to wait and be patient. He said in the end, I could end up with much more and he was right. I could’ve not had a better attorney. Mr. Sizemore has a low key personality but will tell it like it is. He’s very honest and upfront. I recommend Mr. Sizemore 100 times over. He’s a 3-dimensional thinker and can see all side before they happen. He’s the best! His insight is unbelievable and his presence in the courtroom is as big as life, I salute him with full honors!
