She is sharp as a tack, sweet, funny and does everything within her power to get you (as easily as possible) through the mounds of paperwork required. Please LISTEN to her, and follow her interactions. It WILL make your life less complicated! Tom and Gere have enormous hearts for helping people. This is their passion and their gift. I did not feel an ounce of judgement, only empathy and caring. I highly recommend this little practice in El Cajon. They made what was obviously a difficult time for me much better than I could have hoped for.
