I have filed for copyright, trademarks, and patent application for a number of organizations including internet, publishers and marketing companies. I have also litigated intellectual property cases in Federal Court.

I have extensive experience underwriting title and escrow transactions and well as drafting purchase and sale agreement, leases and development agreements.
