He is extremely honest and hard working. When ever I have given him a project to work on it gets fast and done right. He makes himself available and returns calls promptly which has been a problem with the attorney's I have retained in the past but not so with Tom Beener.

Tier-1 Paperwork from a Tier-1 Securities Attorney
I hired Tom Beener to draft some documents associated with purchasing a public vehicle and then merging a private company into that vehicle. Tom helped me do EVERYTHING. He was so knowledgeable about the process and the paperwork, you could tell he has tons of experience. I highly recommend Tom Beener as he truly is a Tier-1 Securities Attorney!!!

Extremely Knowledgeable Securities Attorney!
I operate in a very specific sector of the public markets, predominantly emerging small and micro-cap public companies and I hired Tom Beener to perform due diligence, draft documents, hold funds in escrow, and then write legal opinion letters to facilitate the issuance and deposit of various stock certificates. Tom Beener was extremely professional and I was amazed at how quickly he worked, but more importantly how accessible he was to me.
