Mark V. Caruana

I learned a tough lesson about how important it is to hire a professional lawyer with experience in the field! I was involved in a personal injury auto accident where someone went through a red light at 30 mph and crashed into my passenger side. My car was smashed up and I spent 1 day in the hospit...al. I was referred to a neighbor to represent me. This lawyer never arranged a personal meeting at his office - all was done by phone. After we started the case, there was no communication on his side and I had to reach out to him to find out what was going on. Every time I called he was out and even went on a 3 week surfing trip in Costa Rica during this time without letting me know. I was very lost and frustrated. I was then referred to Mark. He worked hard having to try to rectify the errors made in the case - and was able to settle the case quickly and successfully for me. He listened, he communicated and he negotiated well for me. I wish I would have called him first!
