Biography
Ariel Bedell has experience representing developers (individuals and large businesses alike) in the acquisition and disposition of various real properties such as single tenant buildings, office complexes, retail centers and large shopping centers. Ms. Bedell assists her clients in performing all aspects of due diligence including reviewing and resolving complex title and survey issues, lease review, entitlement review and processing and general acquisition problems.
Ms. Bedell further represents clients in the operations and management of various real estate properties including leasing, negotiating with venders, assisting with green certifications and processing land use entitlements.
Ms. Bedell is a LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Effecient Design Accredited Professional) through the U.S. Green Building Counsel and is able to assist clients in naviagating the certification process as well as all other legal matters affecting real estate.
Ms. Bedell's practice includes clients throughout California, but also in states across the country.
