Impeccable!

Our family has had at least ten different immigration cases, from the routine to the complex, handled in the last 40 years, including by very capable and well-respected attorneys and law firms. In this firm, Red Eagle Law, the entire staff, is top-notch. The firm is impeccable in every respect: servi...ce, knowledge, punctuality and promptness, responsiveness, sensitivity, and professionalism. They are very reasonable in terms of remuneration. We wish everyone who needs an immigration attorney and immigration services to be as fortunate as we have been in finding a gem of an immigration law firm as we did in Red Eagle Law https://redeaglelaw.com/ Congratulations to Curtis Morrison and his team for garnering the well-deserved respect and acclaim to which we are glad to contribute here.

Outstanding Legal Support – Especially Curtis, and Rabea!

Curtis and his firm made an incredibly stressful process so much more manageable. Rabea, in particular, was a lifesaver—always going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. She was kind, responsive, and truly cared about our case. If you need an immigration attorney who will fight fo...r you and support you every step of the way, this is the place to go. Thank you so much for everything!

Not What We Expected At All

We filed a Mandamus Lawsuit with Red Eagle Law, and we were promised that if the court’s decision were not in our favor, they would fight for us until the matter is resolved. They did no such thing, but instead they asked us for more money (3x) the original amount, and every time we asked why that is..., they had an unexplainable excuse as to why. Not only they wasted 6 months of our lives with no desirable outcome for us, but they also dodged their responsibility as what was promised. Not only we will never again go near this Law group, but we also encourage you not to trust them at all. When we asked for a refund for our money, they denied giving it back as well. They filed the lawsuit collectively with other families from different States, resulting the judge to rule against us.

Great experience

Contacted them after waiting ~7 months for an F2. Got the approval after ~1 month after that. Did not go to court - the embassy requested the passport a couple of days after receiving an inquiry about a very-soon court filing.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
