We filed a Mandamus Lawsuit with Red Eagle Law, and we were promised that if the court’s decision were not in our favor, they would fight for us until the matter is resolved. They did no such thing, but instead they asked us for more money (3x) the original amount, and every time we asked why that is..., they had an unexplainable excuse as to why. Not only they wasted 6 months of our lives with no desirable outcome for us, but they also dodged their responsibility as what was promised. Not only we will never again go near this Law group, but we also encourage you not to trust them at all. When we asked for a refund for our money, they denied giving it back as well. They filed the lawsuit collectively with other families from different States, resulting the judge to rule against us.

Please expect Mr. Curtis to easily put your interests in jeopardy if they conflicted with his "financial" interests. The attorney accepted over 24,000 new clients who were competing with JacobvBiden clients for a very, very limited number of visa interviews and for a limited number of 2021 Diversey V...isa Immigration Program. During the representation of clients in Case 3:21-cv-00261 (JacobvBiden), Mr. Curtis appears to have violated at least three rules of Professional Conduct, including Competence, Diligence, and Conflict of Interest, in my opinion. JacobvBiden is a multi-participant lawsuit that challenged the US Department of State's delay in processing the plaintiffs' immigrant visa applications. The attorney did not pay attention to JacobvBiden in a professional manner. To the Second Amended Complaint, Renewed Motion for Preliminary Injunction, and Second Renewed Motion for Class Certification, the attorney forgot to attach any "affidavit[s] or other proof". Consequently, JacobvBien’s Preliminary Injunction and Class Certification motions were denied on 09/03/2021. This is merely one example of Jacob Biden's mishandling; there are many more mishandling incidents that the review space here cannot accommodate.

Let me tell you why: We are referred by our friend to find this lawyer, Chuck Guo, to... handle our immigration case. 1) He is irresponsive most of time, 2) he does not care about your case, only when you push him, he moved a little. 3) He could also disappear totally for several months, you are unable to find him, unless you call the officer Mr.Curtis he is able to get this unprofessional lawyer immediately. 4) He has pretty bad reputation, I am Chinese. We use wechat group, and also sometime telegram, for both social platform, this lawyer is said to be a liar and is marked as black list of lawyer. 5) he is also unprofessional. When we worked with him, the paperwork he made, has a lot of grammar or syntax error; 6) He is overestimate himself. The thing he promoised is less likely to be happened. Let's say all other lawyer we found said they will not take your eb1a, but this lawyer said he could. Then after you pay the money, he flip his opinion. 7) he is not experienced. He has no enough knowledge to handle immigration case. We suspect how could he pass the lawyer certificate. It is so weird. If you don't believe what i said, go ahead and take a try. And good luck to whom still stick to find this lawyer.
