I had the good fortune to have Mr. Richard Freed as my attorney in a divorce and child custody court case. While my former spouse pursued several avenues that required multiple court appearances, Mr. Freed won each time that we went to court. He gained better-than-satisfactory support and division ...of property decisions for me and my son. His representation and legal guidance made significant positive impacts on both my own and my son’s lives. He successfully kept my son in the high school where he played four sports each year and remained with the friends he still keeps in close contact with today. Mr. Freed is an amazing Attroney. I was skeptical of trusting anyone to fight my custody battle for me. After searching and calling countless attorneys I came across Mr. Freed. He was the only Attroney that took his time to talk to me immediately. I decided to hire him and am so glad I did. 5 years... of constant court hearings for custody over my precious daughter and the fear of having my daughter put into the wrong hands, and now I have sole custody with no chance of danger to my child. Before even stepping foot in the court room Mr. Freed had the opposing side agreeing to all the stipulations. He won all that we were fighting for and then some. He also was able to make it where my daughters father is not aloud to take my daughter out of San Diego county and from here out the only court we can have hearings regarding custody of my daughter at is the one which this hearing was at. I am so incredibly thankful for Mr. Freed and his associates! This man knows his stuff inside and out and he refuses to lose. While he refuses to lose, and takes great care with the cases he works on he has an amazing personality as well. I have honestly never seen an Attroney like him.
